The project brings together health workers, researchers, policymakers, NGOs, and community members to collectively address the challenges faced by patients in accessing proper care.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"1078\">As a foundation dedicated to supporting people affected by sickle cell disease, we were honored to be invited to join this important dialogue. The session provided a valuable platform for participating organizations and communities to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1266\">\n<li data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1116\">\n<p data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1116\"><strong data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1116\">Share their ongoing activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1179\">\n<p data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1179\"><strong data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1179\">Discuss challenges in implementing patient-centered care<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1223\">\n<p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1223\"><strong data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1223\">Present local solutions and successes<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1266\">\n<p data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1266\"><strong data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1266\">Learn from one another\u2019s experiences<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1553\">The learning session reinforced the power of collaboration in improving health outcomes and showed how community-driven solutions can make a real impact. It was inspiring to see so many committed stakeholders working together to build stronger systems of care for sickle cell patients.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1867\">We extend our sincere thanks to the PACTS Research Group for the invitation and commend them for creating such an impactful platform. Our foundation remains committed to working alongside partners in the fight against sickle cell disease and to ensuring that patient voices remain at the heart of care
