Lord’s Blessings Foundation Donates Drugs to Manhyia Government Hospital in Honor of Sickle Cell Awareness Month

In a heartfelt gesture to support individuals battling sickle cell disease, the Lords’ Blessings Foundation carried out a significant drug donation at the Manhyia Government Hospital on September 5th, 2025. The event formed part of activities to commemorate Sickle Cell Awareness Month, a global observance held each September to raise awareness about the disease, advocate for improved healthcare access, and celebrate the strength of patients and caregivers alike.

The donation included a variety of essential medications and medical supplies aimed at supporting the treatment and management of sickle cell disease. These contributions are expected to directly benefit hundreds of patients who depend on the hospital for specialized care.

Representatives from the Lords’ Blessings Foundation expressed their ongoing commitment to improving healthcare outcomes, especially for underserved communities and vulnerable populations.
